The Business Development Manager

Pirrello Digital Imaging is a full-service creative studio specializing in Photography and Video production. The Business Development Manager for Pirrello Digital Imaging supports the organization to strategically recognize customer potential leads, win new business and formulate deal structure, while maintaining Pirrello Digital Imaging policies and procedures.

Essential Functions:

  • Identify and research potential clients through strategic and organic leads
  • Gather useful and qualifying information from customer and competitor data
  • Prospecting, qualifying leads, and cold-calling
  • Coordinate with Account & Creative leadership teams to develop mutually beneficial proposals
  • Negotiate initial contract terms with clients and communicate with stakeholders
  • Monitor project teams to ensure contracts are executed as agreed
  • Create and implement processes and policies to support the overall business
  • Track, identify and add qualified prospects to business development pipeline
  • Develop and manage strategic partnerships to grow business
  • Track and report on the status of proposal components
  • Conduct ongoing market research
  • Drive the end-to-end business development process

Education, Experience and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing/Advertising or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Excellent client-facing skills including written and verbal communication
  • Broad knowledge of Print and Web advertising as it pertains to photography
  • Working knowledge of multiple digital asset types and formats (graphics, photography, document files)
  • Experience in a photography studio or retail advertising, marketing, or creative environment would be an advantage
  • 3+ years of production management experience
  • Project management experience within a creative agency, photography studio or production companies, including workflows and scheduling, production budgets, estimating and financial reporting, merchandise management systems and databases

A thorough knowledge of Microsoft suite of programs as well as a basic knowledge of Abode creative programs

Salary: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
